Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
My stay at this resort was pleasant overall. The rooms were comfortable, although lacking a usable pantry and a real fireplace, and the kitchenette had plenty of dishes and utensils. The service provided was excellent, with caring and pleasant staff who ensured all our needs were met. The location was convenient, within walking distance of many restaurants and casinos in downtown Reno. However, the resort looked a bit run down and was separated from the bathroom sinks.
The resort offers a cozy stay with small but clean rooms. The staff is friendly and always ready to assist. While the location is convenient being near Sands Regency and within walking distance to restaurants and casinos, it may not be the best part of Reno.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The location was excellent, close to the casinos and a Catholic Church, but the area felt a bit sketchy. The service, with their caring smiles, was top-notch, although there was an issue with being charged twice. The rooms were serviceable, but lacked some comforts, like being separated from the bathroom sinks. The dining experience with a steak was satisfying, and the facilities were adequate for a comfortable stay.
The hotel is situated in a convenient location, near major casinos, though not the best part of Reno. The rooms are very nice and very clean, a rarity these days in hotels. The service is courteous with the staff going out of their way to help, although I faced an issue with being charged twice and had to prepare extra money due to currency conversion. The location, despite being sketchy, offers a clean warm pool and is close enough to walk to the casinos. The dining experience featured a delicious Manchego ratatouille. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of many restaurants, casinos, and the center of downtown Reno. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, but lacking drawers in the bathroom to store toiletries. The service provided was warm, efficient, and responsive to any issues. The location, although close to attractions, may not be the most upscale area. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
Upon opening the door to my unit, I found the rooms to be quite average and standard. They had everything I needed, including a washer and dryer, but the lack of drawers in the bathroom made organizing toiletries a bit challenging. The service was friendly and helpful, although I did encounter an issue with being charged twice. The location, while not the best part of Reno, was conveniently close to restaurants and casinos. Overall, the hotel offers a decent stay with some room for improvement.
